When you shop with Bindesigntees.com, you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your items are shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout on the Order Information page.
Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Saturday, with a standard processing time of 1 to 2 business days from when your order is placed. Once processed, your items will be shipped out promptly. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, which may occasionally cause slight delays. During peak seasons or high demand periods, order processing may take up to 3 business days.
If there are any delays due to incorrect payment details or address information, processing your order might be postponed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on the destination. You can calculate your estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address during checkout. The exact shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page. Here are our flat-rate shipping fees:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 days, feel free to reach out to our customer support for assistance.
If the tracking status hasn’t updated after 5 days, contact us via email, and we’ll provide prompt support.
Important Delivery Information
Ensure that your delivery details are accurate at checkout. If there are any errors, we may need to reach out to you for clarification, which could cause a delay in shipping.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at [email protected]. After 24 hours, we may no longer be able to update your address, and you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
Shipping Restrictions
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, especially when specifying an apartment number or unit. If you notice any errors within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected]. After 24 hours, if the address is incorrect, the shipping carrier may be able to assist you directly.
We use a one-way shipping service to reduce shipping costs. If your package is returned due to delivery issues, we cannot offer a refund, even if the tracking information shows “returned to sender.” Returned packages are typically sent to the carrier’s storage facility and not back to our warehouse.
Refunds and Missing Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for packages that:
- Were not delivered after multiple delivery attempts
- Were refused by the recipient upon delivery
- Had delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Show as “delivered” in tracking status but were not received by the customer
For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the carrier’s tracking information to assist you in locating your package.
Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?
At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
PO Box and Military APO/FPO Shipping
We can ship to PO Boxes, but we do not currently ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
Taxes & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and local charges are not included in the price of the item or shipping costs. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders from Bindesigntees.com are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning that the buyer will be invoiced for any import taxes and duties by the shipping carrier upon delivery. The amount will be based on the destination country’s sales tax laws.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs may apply before purchasing.
